All selected items will be stored in your shopping cart unless you choose to remove them.
When you have completed your selection and are ready to purchase click on the buy button, then complete the shipment options and finally the payment options.
Prices are quoted in Argentine Pesos (ARS). However, you can easily convert them to US dollars by clicking on our automatic currency converter at the top left hand corner, which uses the official exchange rate of the Central Bank of Argentina (BCRA).
PLEASE NOTE: Purchases within Argentina will be debited in pesos (ARS) while purchases from abroad will be debited in US dollars.
Our online store provides two official payment options: Mercado Pago for all purchases within Argentina and PayPal for all purchases from abroad.
In both cases, payments and special offers are thosein effect at the time in the systems mentioned above and are automatically updated when clicking on the buy button.

For shipments abroad please complete our shipping form and we will be sending your products through FedEx. Shipping costs are paid by buyers.
Orders are shipped within 48 hours after receiving cleared payment. Shipping time depends on the chosen postal service.
What packaging will my handbag be delivered in?
Every Marina Picazo is sent in a specially prepared box. We care about the environment, so we choose a pre used box, modify and embellish it before reusing it to send our handbag in.

Do I have to register to buy?
It isn’t mandatory, but we highly recommend you do! Once you have registered, whenever you place an order on our site, your personal, billing and shipping information is already saved as well as your purchase history.
You can also set up a list of favourites to save the products you like and buy them at a later date without having to browse the site again.
Is there a Gift Card?
Yes, there is. Contact us and we will tell you what to do. Shortly, it will be an automatic option in our site.
Does the handbag come in a dustbag?
All our products are delivered in a fabric bag with a satin ribbon drawstring and our custom printed logo.
What does unique interior mean?

Are all our bags exclusive?
Only the line of handmade felt in one piece is exclusive and considered a unique item.
What does ‘’Sold out’’ mean?
Simply that the model is momentarily out of stock while we manufacture more bags. Bear in mind that it is the model we repeat, the combination of colours and materials may vary.
What does ‘Unique Product’ mean?
It means that only one handbag with the interior, colour combination and materials shown in the photograph was made and will not be repeated.
RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
Complaint time limit
Buyers have a 15-day time limit after their purchase for transactions within Argentina and a 30-day time limit for purchases from abroad.
Our site provides a large number of images and detailed information, which we recommend you browse at leisure, to become acquainted with every handbag and be completely sure about your choice before placing your order. However, if upon receiving your purchase you consider it should be returned, please contact us and we will be glad to help.
HOW TO CARE FOR MARINA PICAZO HANDBAGS
All our products are handcrafted and, to preserve the natural appearance of the materials,they have not undergone a protective process. So, to keep them in good condition we recommend:
-Avoid all contact with water and liquids
-Do not expose to direct sunlight or heat
-Keep scratch marks on the leather to a minimum by avoiding contact with sharp or rough surfaces
-Remember dark leather may stain light coloured clothing if rubbed against it and viceversa
- Clean with a dry, soft cloth

-Wool felt is dust and water repellent as well as flame retardant
-Under no circumstances should the handbag be completely submerged in water or machine washed.
