I´m Carola Elordi, I was an English teacher for 32 years until I retired and loved and enjoyed it immensely.

Nowadays I´m absolutely delighted with this new stage in my life; I am more active than ever!

I am blessed with being able to pursue my other great passion: watercolours. I´ve been painting for eleven years during which I was drawn to many different topics ranging from flowers to doors, but I´ve recently fallen in love with thistles! It´s almost become an obsession. Whenever I see them I just have to stop and photograph them and I can spend hours painting them.

That´s why, when Marina kindly invited me to work on her leather designs for a new collection of Artist, there was no doubt in my mind, they had to be thistles!

I hope you like our creations and enjoy them as much as Marina and I did working together.
